What this service covers
Pediatric pulmonology provides care for children and adolescents with respiratory or sleep-related conditions.
Consultations may include chronic cough, asthma, recurrent pneumonia, cystic fibrosis, sleep apnea, as well as certain sleep disorders such as insomnia or sleepwalking.
Important information
Please note that pulmonary function testing (PFT/spirometry) is not performed at our clinic, as the required equipment is not available on site. If this type of test is needed, a referral to a hospital center may be recommended.
How to access this service?
To be eligible, your child must be referred by a family physician or another healthcare professional for a pediatric pulmonology consultation.
