No worries - it's really simple! Whether it's for a consultation or a follow-up, all you have to do is make an appointment directly with your family doctor via the Patient Portal.
You can also contact us directly or come in person (see the Appointments page or the Locations page).
If you don't have a family doctor at CMME, you can also make an appointment for the next day on Bonjour Santé, starting from 5:30PM.
At CMME, we understand that every day is a new adventure, so that's why we have on-call and emergency doctors 7 days a week.
If you are a registered patient at one of our centers, you just need to log on to your Patient Portal to make an appointment with one of the doctors.

How to create an account?
*Please note that a legal guardian must create an account in the Patient Portal for anyone under the age of 14.If you wish to cancel your appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, charges would apply. You can cancel your appointment from the Patient Portal, or contact us directly by phone depending on the location you have chosen.

Of course, because the Centre Médical Mieux-Être is accessible to everyone! However, consultation fees will apply for uninsured people. If this applies, we will give you a receipt with which you can claim the fees from your insurer.
Do not panic! If you have a RAMQ card but it is expired, lost or stolen, you can contact the RAMQ directly at the following number: 1 800 561-9749. This will allow you to receive your card or a notice of validation of it before your consultation and thus avoid fees.
Otherwise, consultation fees will apply.
A family medicine group (FMG) works in close collaboration with other health and social services professionals (e.g., nurses, and/or social workers). This allows us to have a better work organization, as well as to improve access and the quality of our offered care.
In order to meet current population needs, our doctors take their new patients directly from the Québec Family Doctor Finder (GAMF). Therefore, it is recommended to register there: www.quebec.ca/en/health/finding-a-resource/quebec-family-doctor-finder.
Please note that our doctors do not take new patients from our emergency appointment service.
The unregistration of your current doctor with the RAMQ can occur in the following situations:

If you choose to register with another doctor.

If your doctor moves, retires, or is no longer able to provide your medical follow-up.

If you have a valid reason to change your doctor, such as moving far from their practice.

According to the latest recommendations, it is possible to present yourself even if you have tested positive for COVID-19. If necessary, during your visit, you will be isolated from other patients. Please mention it to the reception upon your arrival and follow the instructions received.
*It is no longer mandatory to wear a mask in our clinics - only patients with a fever or flu symptoms will require a mask upon arrival.
