You don't have a family doctor at Mieux-Être?
Mieux-Être offers walk-in consultations for patients without a family doctor.
You can book an appointment starting at 5:30 p.m. the day before (for next-day consultations) online via the Bonjour Santé website.
The Bonjour Santé platform is intended for patients without a family doctor within Mieux-Être medical clinics. It is also suitable for minor emergencies, whether or not you have a family doctor.
Using this platform does not require having a family doctor and allows you to book an appointment online through three options:

with your assigned healthcare professional

with another professional within your GMF
-
with a professional at a nearby clinic
Please make sure to have your RAMQ health insurance card with you.
In case of emergency, dial 811 immediately.

When you arrive at the clinic, you can quickly confirm your presence using our self-service kiosk located at the entrance. This allows you to skip the reception line and automatically notify our team that you’ve arrived.
To check in:

Scan the barcode on the back of your health card (RAMQ).

Review and confirm the information displayed on the screen.

Press “Submit” to complete your check-in.
Once your check-in is complete, you may proceed directly to the waiting area.
