Provide information on prevention and functional improvement of physical performance through prevention, pain management, and treatment of physical limitations and injuries
Develop individualized recovery plans based on scientifically proven techniques to address problems, discomfort, or injuries
Manage and maintain patient records
Interest in working with private clients, CNESST and SAAQ cases, athletes, and others
Interest in working in an interdisciplinary environment, with discussions and shadowing opportunities with orthopedic specialists, general practitioners, and others

Physiotherapy technologist (phys. t.)

Hold a college diploma in Physiotherapy Techniques
Be a member of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec
Interest in working with private clientele, CNESST, and SAAQ
Interest in working in a team in an interdisciplinary environment
Provide quality care tailored to each patient, related to achieving clinical goals following the physiotherapist's assessment
Manage and maintain patient records

Manage and process requests for copies of medical records, ensuring a 30-day turnaround.
Ensure the proper and efficient electronic classification of various medical documents received in paper and electronic formats.
Perform the scanning of medical records and ensure their integration into the document management system.
Select the documents to be disclosed to the requester.
Provide necessary assistance to various requesters when required.
Process payments for fees, when applicable, with patients over the phone.
Coordinate with the finance department for billing related to document requests from insurance companies and other organizations.
Handle requests from healthcare professionals and staff regarding access to medical records.
Ensure the protection and confidentiality of medical records in compliance with current laws and regulations.
Promote the protection of personal information within the organization.
