"I’m responsible for payroll for all Mieux-Être employees. My role is to answer questions about insurance, deductions, benefits, and all the little mysteries that come with payroll.

I’m also a mom to two young girls, 9 and 6 years old. Passionate about the human body, health, and healthy living, I love staying active, cooking, and listening to podcasts. I’m constantly seeking to learn and grow.

My career has always been guided by the same goal: to support others, help where I can, and share my knowledge. I first graduated from CEGEP in literature and languages, then studied management at UQAM before moving into human resources. You could say I have a taste for diversity in what I do!

At 22, while still a university student, I fell in love with a logistics position… and a bit with my coworker, who is now my husband and the father of my two daughters. I chose to finish my studies so I wouldn’t miss this opportunity, and I’ve never regretted it. I worked 12 years at that company, navigating maternity leaves and role changes, and I learned so much along the way.

I also hold a professional naturopathy degree. Even though I don’t practice today, those part-time studies remain a precious and formative experience.

Over the years, my experience has focused on payroll, group insurance, and human resources. This journey naturally brought me to Mieux-Être, where I discovered an exceptional work environment, something rare in such a dynamic role.

I often feel like I’m solving a puzzle, which is incredibly satisfying. I track anomalies and try to understand the story the numbers are telling. When a problem is solved or a discrepancy explained, I feel a bit like a detective cracking a case. And I treasure every interaction with everyone on the Mieux-Être team.

What I love most about my role is simplifying things when someone feels lost. Everyone should feel comfortable and confident with their pay and benefits. Nothing should be left unclear, and questions should never go unasked.

It may sound cliché, but my husband is undoubtedly my biggest supporter and motivator. Without him, I probably wouldn’t have half the confidence I have today, nor accomplished as much professionally and personally.

If you’ve read this far, take it as a sign: reach out to someone you care about and tell them you’re proud of them. We often underestimate just how meaningful those words can be in everyday life.”
