Translated from French

“After completing my undergraduate medical degree at Université Laval in Québec City, I returned to my hometown to pursue my residency in family medicine at the Université de Montréal. I had the privilege of completing many of my rotations at Hôpital Notre-Dame, the very place where I was born, a lovely nod to my roots and my journey.

My life is guided by the unwavering love of my dear parents, the closeness I share with my beloved younger brother, the precious support of my partner, and the presence of amazing friends. I am reminded every day how fortunate I am to be surrounded by such genuine and nurturing relationships.

Family medicine is, to me, a true privilege. It allows me to connect with people in moments of vulnerability, to build deep and lasting human connections, and to continuously learn from the experiences of others. I am fascinated by human complexity, inspired by the richness of the stories shared with me, and deeply engaged in ongoing education that strengthens both my knowledge and my empathy.

A key part of my approach is health promotion, a value close to my heart that I strive to share with kindness in every patient encounter. Aware of how vital balance is, I also try to embody that principle in my own life so I can remain present, available, and grounded for both my loved ones and the patients I care for.

Outside of medicine, several passions have shaped who I am. Music has long held an important place in my life, especially singing, which still finds its way into the most festive karaoke nights. Running, which I practiced diligently during my university years, taught me discipline and perseverance. More recently, textile art has captured my imagination, from drawing to clothing design. This creative pursuit deeply inspires me and offers a beautiful space for self-expression that perfectly complements my everyday life.”
